Road Trips to Easton Are Like Potato Chips, You Can't Take Just One

Saturday, May 12, 2018
Wow.....I'm glad I'm not alone in my affection for Easton!  For a quiet, little farm town, Easton sure has a lot of fans.  Not that I find that surprising....I can't stop capturing the beauty of Easton and it makes my heart so happy to see all of you enjoy and share each and every post I write about this historic haven.  If you know me, you know that blue skies beckon me to the road and that's exactly what happened yesterday!  According to Wikipedia, Easton NY covers 62.3 square miles so that means we can spend hours roaming around and still not cover every scenic mile in one, or even two trips.  I knew we'd missed some of our favorite roads on our last excursion, so we headed back yesterday and once again, we hit the photo op jackpot.   I can already tell that another Easton photo book is in the works!  Till then, this blog, Facebook, and Instagram will be my outlet for sharing this spectacular landscape.

People travel by plane and boat in search of beautiful parts of the world to explore. Me....I'm content to just take to the dirt roads because I know it doesn't get much more beautiful than right here in our own backyard. We just have to take time to notice. Thank you for letting me share the beauty of New York State here on the blog. I have also shared some fabulous places from surrounding states, such as Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont and Connecticut. To check those out, just search my Directory! Thanks for stopping by. Have a great Mother's Day and come back soon for more Life As I See It.
